A.D. Banker now offers Texas Independent Adjuster online courses for All Lines (includes workers' comp) and Property & Casualty (doesn't include workers' comp) designations. These courses differ from our other prelicensing courses because the certification exam at the end of each TX Adjuster course qualifies as the actual state exam. The exam must be monitored by a disinterested third-party. Upon passing the exam, students will receive a certificate via email.
Students who are residents in a state that does not have a licensing requirement are permitted to obtain a Designated Home State (DHS) license in Texas. Residents from those states can take the A.D. Banker Texas Adjuster Licensing Course, pass our certification exam, and apply through the Texas Department of Insurance to obtain their DHS license in Texas. The following states fall under this designation:
CO, DC, IA, IL, KS, MA, MD, MO, ND, NE, NJ, OH, PA, SD, TN, VA, and WI
